Installation instructions

Go to http://www-306.ibm.com/software/data/db2/udb/support/downloadv8_windows32bit.html#r9a
Under FP No. 9a find DB2 Connect Personal Edition -> Language Independent and download file FP9a_WR21350_CONPE.exe from FTP link



Execute file FP9a_WR21350_CONPE.exe



Set "Unzip to folder:" to C:\TEMP
Check both boxes on the bottom left
Click Unzip at upper right



Click OK



Click Install Product



Click Next



Click Next



Check "I accept ..." and click Next



Check "Typical" and click Next



Ensure that Directory is set to C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\ and click Next



Un-check "Configure NetBIOS ..." and click Next



Un-check "Enable operating system security" and click Next



Click Install



Wait for install to complete



Click Finish



Click Exit First Steps
